袁士才，男，汉族，河北晋州人，1986年3月生，中共党员，硕士，副教授，注册测绘师。2010年7月毕业于河南理工大学获测绘工程学士学位；2013年6月毕业于山东科技大学，获数字矿山与资源勘探硕士学位。主要讲授工程测量、道路勘测设计等课程，从事无人机航测、道桥三维建模与灾害分析等领域研究工作。
主持重庆市精品在线开放课程1门、重庆市线上线下混合式一流课程1门、重庆市高校课程思政示范课程1门，主持重庆市教委科学研究计划青年项目2项，重庆市教育规划研究项目1项，教育部产学合作协同育人项目2项。获得重庆市高校教师教学创新大赛三等奖1项、教育部土木工程教指委教学竞赛三等奖1项、重庆市高校一流本科课程示范案例1个，校级优秀教师1次，发明专利2个。指导学生立项重庆市大学生创新创业项目2项，获得全国测绘学科竞赛、全国先进成图竞赛等国家级竞赛等级奖10余项。
