张帆 / Dr. Fan Zhang
张帆，女，汉族，河南襄城人，1987年5月生，中共党员，博士，讲师。2011年毕业于华北水利水电大学港口航道及近海工程专业，获工学学士学位；2014年毕业于重庆交通大学水力学及河流动力学专业，获工学硕士学位；2025年毕业于重庆交通大学水利工程专业，获工学博士学位。
主要承担《土木工程制图与BIM技术》《机器学习与数据挖掘》《流体力学》等课程的教学任务，主持校级教学改革项目1项，多次指导学生参加中西部大学生先进成图技术与产品信息建模创新大赛并获得奖项，具有较为丰富的工程类课程教学与实践指导经验。
主要研究方向为水沙动力学、航道整治与内河航道基础设施智慧运维，近年来致力于水沙动力作用下航道基础设施功能退化机理及运行维护预测方法的研究。以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表学术论文7篇，其中SCI论文2篇（三区）；授权国家发明专利1项，登记软件著作权1项；作为主要完成人之一，获中国航海学会科学技术一等奖1项；参编出版学术专著1部。
Research Interests
Sediment dynamics, inland waterway regulation, and smart operation and maintenance (O&M) of inland waterway infrastructure. In the past five years, Dr. Zhang has focused on the mechanisms of functional degradation of waterway infrastructure under sediment–hydrodynamic interactions, and on predictive methods for operation and maintenance.
