刘合敏，女， 汉族， 河北邯郸人， 1987年11月生，讲师，2011年6月毕业于河北科技大学土木工程专业，获工学学士学位，2014年6月毕业于兰州交通大学防灾减灾工程及防护工程，获工学硕士学位，2021年5月至今在马来西亚理科大学攻读博士学位。主要承担《混凝土结构设计原理》、《结构力学》、《建筑结构设计》等课程的教学工作，主要从事岩土力学以及机器学习在页岩和混凝土结构的应用等方面的研究工作。主持市级科研项目两项，以第一作者发表SCI论文3篇，以第一发明人授权发明专利30余项。
