杨乐，重庆涪陵，1978年11月生。博士，正高级工程师，硕士生导师（重庆交通大学），注册岩土工程师。2002年6月毕业于贵州工业大学，交通土建，工学学士；2005年6月毕业于贵州大学，岩土工程，获工学硕士学位；2009年6月毕业于重庆大学，岩土工程，工学博士学位。
中国博士后科学基金评审专家，重庆市国土、建委勘察设计、发改委综合评标专家组成员。近年来主要从事地质灾害防治工程地质信息化建模GIM研究、地质灾害应用数值计算以及相关大数据研究等工作。承担参与市局级各类科技计划项目共计5项，获国土资源部科技进步奖二等奖3项、主编地方标准1部，第一作者发表中文核心以上论文10篇，出版专著2部，发明专利1项。
