赵敏，女，汉族，江苏徐州人，1984年9月生，中共党员，博士，专职教师，副教授。2008年毕业于济南大学材料化学专业，获理学学士学位；2011年毕业于西南科技大学材料加工工程专业，获工学硕士学位；2015年毕业于重庆大学材料科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。主要担任《土木工程施工》、《项目管理》等课程。致力于工业副产石膏的规模化与高值化利用研究、建筑节能设计等相关工作。近年来主持相关国家自然科学基金项目1项、重庆市教委项目2项、教育部产学研项目1项；主编重庆市地方工程标准《石膏砂浆应用技术》，助推了石膏自流平砂浆、保温石膏、楼板隔声保温隔声系统等行业应用发展。已发表相关论文20余篇，其中第一作者论文被SCI/EI 收录10余篇。
Zhao Min, female, Han ethnicity, from Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province,1984.9, PhD, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and is a full-time teacher with the title of associate professor. Graduated from the Materials Chemistry major of Jinan University in 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree; Graduated from the Materials Processing Engineering major of Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2011, obtaining a Master of Engineering degree; in 2015, graduated from the Materials Science and Engineering major of Chongqing University, obtaining a Doctor of Engineering degree. She mainly teaches courses such as Civil Engineering Construction and Project Management. She is dedicated to the research on the large-scale and high-value utilization of industrial by-product gypsum, as well as related work in building energy-saving design. In recent years, she has led one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, and one project by the Ministry of Education's Industry-University-Research Collaboration. She is the chief editor of the Chongqing local engineering standard Application Technology of Gypsum Mortar, which has promoted the development of industry applications such as gypsum self-leveling mortar, insulation gypsum, and floor insulation and soundproofing systems. She has published over 20 related papers, among which more than 10 papers as the first author have been indexed by SCI/EI.
